The Program: Come join UC Marin Master Gardeners and learn how to make your holiday wreath from Bay Area evergreens and edibles. Master Gardeners Joan Kozlowski and Allison Krivoruchko will guide you in creating beautiful, fresh holiday wreaths using cuttings of bay, juniper, redwood, pine, and olive branches, rosehips, grape vines, curly willow and more. Materials are provided and you are invited to personalize your wreath by bringing your own accent materials from home. Examples of materials are lemons, ribbons, feathers or favorite holiday items. Bring your clippers, wire cutters, scissors, and gloves (if you have sensitive hands).
The Speakers: Allison Krivoruchko and Joan Kozlowski have been Master Gardeners since 2015 and participated in the creation of the MMG Demonstration Garden at the IVOF&G. Joan is the
co-leader of the Demo Garden and both she and Allison work there regularly. Allison maintains an extensive home garden and dabbles in natural creations for her home.
